Paper And Cardboard Pickup Due August 26

Hamburg's monthly paper and cardboard recycling collection is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, for borough residents. Newspapers, magazines, and junk mail should be bound in one-foot stacks and cross-tied or placed in reusable containers weighing no more than 75 pounds. Corrugated cardboard must be flattened and cross-tied, while shredded paper should go in an easy-to-empty reusable container. All materials must be free of food and waste and placed curbside by 5:00 a.m. on pickup day or the night before.
