Vote By Mail Request Deadline

Haverhill voters who want to vote by mail in the September 1, 2026 state primary must submit their applications by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 25. Applications may be mailed or hand-delivered to the City Clerk's Office at 4 Summer Street, Room 118, Haverhill, or emailed to cityclerk@haverhillma.gov. The city says applications must include the voter's home address, full legal name, date of birth, and signature; typed signatures are not accepted. The deadline is separate from the city's early voting schedule.
