Accessible Birding Returns To Airlie Gardens

Airlie Gardens will offer Accessible Birding on Thursday, August 27, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at 300 Airlie Road in Wilmington. The program uses a guided tram ride to reach birding areas and is designed for people who may not be able to walk for extended periods. Chairs will be available, although some stopping points have uneven terrain. Space is limited, pre-registration is required, and the outdoor program will continue in rain unless severe or hazardous weather causes cancellation.
