Opossum Party Welcomes New Ambassador

Hobe Sound Nature Center is scheduled to hold an all-day Opossum Party on Saturday, August 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will welcome Opal, identified by the center as its newest wildlife ambassador. Residents can plan for a longer visit than the center's regular short feeding programs, with the celebration running throughout the posted seven-hour period. The event is listed at the Hobe Sound Nature Center and provides a community opportunity to learn about local wildlife.
