August 17 Turtle Talk Explores Sea Turtles

On Monday, August 17, volunteers from the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center's Topsail Turtle Project will lead a Turtle Talk from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM behind the Historic Assembly Building at 720 Channel Blvd. in Topsail Beach. The session focuses on sea turtles that nest on Topsail Island. The program is free, donations are welcome, and attendees should bring a chair, towel, or blanket for seating. The recurring series is listed as continuing through August 31.
