Veterans Resource Fair Offers County Services

Oakland County will hold a Veterans Resource Fair on Friday, August 28, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Executive Office Building, 2100 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford. Veterans and their families can meet with county and state agencies offering benefits information, career and training assistance, housing counseling, recreation information, health services, behavioral health support, transportation guidance, and utility assistance. Oakland County veterans who want to receive a Meijer voucher must bring a copy of their DD214 and proof of county residency.
