Veterans Resource Fair Offers County Services

Oakland County will hold a Veterans Resource Fair from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, August 28, at the Executive Office Building, 2100 Pontiac Lake Road, Building 41W, in Waterford. Representatives will provide information on veterans benefits, claims assistance, career planning, housing counseling, county parks, behavioral health, burial benefits, transportation and utility help. Oakland County veterans who are residents and present a copy of their DD214 may qualify for a Meijer voucher. Adult vaccines will also be available for insured and uninsured attendees.
