Pilates Class Welcomes All Abilities

Adults of all ages and abilities can join a Pilates class at Centennial Hills Library on Sunday, August 9, from 4 to 5 p.m. The session will be held in the Story Room at 6711 N. Buffalo Drive and is designed to make the exercise accessible to participants at different experience levels. Space is limited, and participants must sign a waiver before taking part.
