Teen Recreation Night Returns Wednesday

The City of Henderson will host Running the Rec for pre-teens and teens ages 11 to 17 on Wednesday, August 5, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Valley View Recreation Center, 500 Harris Street. The drop-off program includes access to basketball, volleyball, racquetball, a game room and the fitness center, with trained staff providing supervision. Pizza and drinks are included. Registration is required, and the city notes that late pickup fees may apply. The program offers families in Green Valley North and throughout Henderson an organized evening recreation option.
