Library Health Session Focuses On Brain Wellness

The Southern Nevada Health District and the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District will present a free Brain Health and Wellness program Tuesday, August 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the West Las Vegas Library. The session is designed for adults and seniors and will cover ways to keep the mind engaged, resilient and active while providing a social setting for participants. The library is at 1861 N. Martin Luther King Boulevard. Residents can attend without a fee, though seating may be limited.
