Ocala Council Holds Budget Workshop

Ocala City Council will hold a workshop on the fiscal year 2026-2027 budget at noon Tuesday, August 11. The workshop is listed on the city's official public-notice calendar and gives residents an opportunity to follow budget discussions before the next fiscal year. A separate City Council special meeting for city auditor candidate interviews is also scheduled later that day, but the budget workshop is the day's primary citywide financial discussion.
