Cranston Mail Ballot Drop Boxes Open

Cranston's two official mail ballot drop boxes open Wednesday, August 5, ahead of the September 9 Rhode Island statewide primary. The boxes are at Cranston City Hall, 869 Park Ave., at the side entrance next to Cranston East, and at the Rhode Island Board of Elections, 2000 Plainfield Pike, in the parking lot at the Sailor Way entrance. Residents may use the boxes for completed mail ballots, mail ballot applications, and voter registrations before the applicable deadlines. The notice also says completed ballots may be returned to any official statewide Board of Elections drop box.
