Library Hosts Opossum Wildlife Program

Charlton Public Library will host Backyard Wildlife: All About Opossums on Thursday, August 13, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in Dexter Hall at 40 Main Street. Ferncroft Wildlife Rescue will discuss wildlife rehabilitation and the development of opossums from birth through adulthood, followed by a meet and greet. The program is sponsored by The Last Green Valley. Registration is required, making advance sign-up important for residents interested in local wildlife and rehabilitation work.
