Teen Sound Bath Program Set

For East Hills families in the Roslyn School District, Bryant Library has scheduled Destress and Decompress with Notes and Nirvana for Wednesday, August 19, from 6 to 7 p.m. The in-person program is for ages 10 to 16 and requires registration. The session combines a sound bath and meditation with a rain stick making activity, offering a structured summer program before school resumes. Teens and caregivers should register in advance and confirm availability with the library before attending. The program will be held at Bryant Library in Roslyn.
