Second DOB Building Help Session Scheduled

On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the NYC Department of Buildings will hold a second Buildings After Hours session from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at its Queens Borough Office, 120-55 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens. No appointment is necessary. The session is open to homeowners, tenants, small business owners, and building managers seeking help with renovations, permits, construction codes, zoning, certificates of occupancy, equipment installations, open violations, DOB NOW, and the Buildings Information System.
