DOB Offers Queens Building Help Session

On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, the NYC Department of Buildings will hold a Buildings After Hours session from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at its Queens Borough Office, 120-55 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens. No appointment is necessary. Homeowners, tenants, small business owners, and building managers can speak with DOB staff about renovations, permits, construction codes, zoning, certificates of occupancy, equipment installations, open violations, DOB NOW, and the Buildings Information System.
