Willis Sets Sign Variance Hearing

The Willis Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing Monday, August 17, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers at the Willis Police Department, 200 N Bell Street. The hearing concerns variance request VAR-26-0001 for property at 9605 Longstreet Road. The applicant is seeking permission for a freestanding sign approximately 150 feet high and 500 square feet in area, compared with ordinance limits of 50 feet and 300 square feet.
