Farmers Market Returns To Capitol

Farmers Market at the Capitol is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, on the lawn of the Michigan State Capitol in downtown Lansing. The Michigan Farmers Market Association says the market will showcase Michigan-grown food and agricultural products, including produce, baked goods, honey, meat, jams, pickled products, soaps and other goods. Food trucks are expected along Capitol Avenue. The market accepts SNAP Bridge Cards and Double Up Food Bucks, and some vendors accept Senior Market Fresh and WIC Produce Connections benefits.
