Residents Can Shape Parks Plan

Meridian Township's parks and recreation five-year planning process includes a public input session at 6:00 pm Thursday, August 13, at Towner Road Park, 2055 Towner Road in Haslett. The township says the sessions will help shape goals and priorities for parks, facilities, and special events over the next five years. Although this session is outside Okemos, it is part of the townshipwide process serving Okemos residents. The department also invites residents to complete its community survey.
