Mesa Ballot Argument Deadline Nears

Mesa residents and organizations sponsoring arguments about the city's four November ballot measures must file pro or con arguments by 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 5. Each argument may be no longer than 300 words and requires a sworn statement, original signatures, signer contact information, and a $250 filing fee. The online submission form must be completed first, but filing is not official until the signed paperwork and fee are received by the City Clerk's Office at 20 East Main St., Suite 150. Credit card payments require advance arrangements.
