Library Helps Preschoolers Prepare For School

The Half Hollow Hills Community Library will offer Let's Get Ready for School on Tuesday, August 25, from 10:30 to 11:15 AM at the Melville branch, 510 Sweet Hollow Road. The program is for children ages 18 months to 5 years with a parent or caregiver and uses music, movement, storytelling, and a craft to introduce preschool routines. Registration is required, a library card is needed, and the program is limited to district residents. Families should reserve a place before attending.
