Children Create Cyanotype Sun Prints

Children in grades 4 through 6 can learn the cyanotype process and make their own sun print from noon to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, at the Jericho Public Library, 1 Merry Lane. The project uses specially treated paper, sunlight, and water to create a finished design. Registration is required, and the program will be held at the front of the library. Families should check the event listing and register in advance because spaces are limited for this hands-on activity.
