Utility Cycle One Bills Due July 28

Apex's first July utility billing cycle lists July 28, 2026, as the due date for bills issued July 1. The Town says a 1 percent late fee will apply to past-due balances beginning July 29. Accounts with balances over $500 that are more than 90 days past due may eventually face disconnection, but the posted timeline shows notices and calls before the September 22 Cycle 1 disconnection date. Customers who cannot pay in full can request an interest-free payment plan of up to 12 months.
