Absentee Ballot Change Requests Due

Fraser's City Clerk notice sets a 5 p.m. Friday, July 31, deadline for a voter who has returned a completed absentee ballot and wants to spoil it before the Aug. 4 primary election. The voter must submit a signed written request to the clerk and state whether a replacement ballot should be mailed or picked up.
