County Seeks Stormwater Permit Comments

Cass County will hold a public information meeting Wednesday, July 29, at noon during the regular County Commission meeting in the third-floor conference room of the Historic Courthouse, 102 E. Wall Street in Harrisonville. The county will review its proposed application for coverage under Missouri's MOR04C municipal storm sewer permit and outline its proposed Stormwater Management Plan. Public comments on the application and program outline will be accepted through August 28. Residents may submit questions or comments to the county Building Codes, Zoning and Environmental Health Department at (816) 380-8134.
