Library Adds Free Little Kids Yoga

Airdrie Public Library will host Little Kids Yoga for children ages 6 to 9 on Thursdays beginning July 30, with additional sessions scheduled for August 6 and August 13. The free Rocky View Schools program runs from 10 to 11 a.m. and uses playful stretches, movement and simple breathing exercises to support calm, focus and emotional awareness. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and attendance is limited to 26 participants. Registration is required directly through Airdrie Public Library. The program is open to families in Rocky View Schools communities, including Canals residents.
