Mindfulness In The Park Welcomes Families

A free Mindfulness in the Park program will be held at Chinook Winds Park in Airdrie on Thursdays during the July 23 and July 30 sessions, from 1 to 3 p.m. The Rocky View Schools program is open to all ages and includes activities related to mental health, wellness, life skills, coping strategies, expressive art and mindful movement. No registration is required. Attendance is first come, first served while supplies last, and children must be accompanied by an adult. The program is available to families in Rocky View Schools communities, including those living in Canals.
