Covell Project Starts

Work begins May 4 at Covell Road and Air Depot Boulevard, with intermittent lane closures expected during construction. The City says crews will widen Air Depot south of the intersection, rebuild and widen Covell east of the intersection, and install a new traffic signal connected to Edmond's Traffic Management Center. The project is intended to improve traffic flow and safety near a growing area of the city and is expected to take about 120 days, weather permitting.
