Adult Literacy Tutor Opens Walk In Hours

Adults can receive walk-in help with reading, writing, English conversation, Internet searches, forms, job or school resumes and applications, citizenship study, and basic cell phone or computer use from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 14, at the Encino-Tarzana Branch Library, 18231 Ventura Boulevard. No appointment or reservation is required. Sessions last about 20 minutes and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis in the Community Room. The library has scheduled the same service again on September 21 and 28.
